Find your people.
LookingForClan.app was built in 2022 by Xiled Inc., founded by Payton Keathley, to solve a problem every clan leader knows too well: recruitment and retention.
Today the iconic brand lives on under Very Unreal, LLC, a technology company launched by Keathley with a single mission — re-energize clan culture and bring the legend back to life.

Founder Bio"Retention has long been an issue with clans and communities, and Looking For Clan is a long-awaited solution that it's our dream to provide."
Keathley has been gaming since the age of five and building gaming communities since 2008. Coming from Pikeville, Kentucky, he had almost no local opportunity to follow his passion — and zero tools for running an organized gaming group. So he built them.
Looking For Clan carries that same intent forward: cutting-edge tools that make clan discovery and management effortless, kept accessible and low-cost so the smallest squads get the same shot as the biggest orgs.

What We Stand For
The principles carried over from XGN, Xiled Inc. and LookingForClan.app.
Community First
Every feature exists to help gamers find their people — regardless of game, platform, or region.
Built By Clan Leaders
Made by people who ran 200,000-member communities and know exactly where recruiting breaks down.
Discovery Done Right
Genre, platform and region filters so players find a clan that actually fits how they play.
Boost & Get Seen
Boosts and featured placement give any clan — new or established — a path to the top of the rankings.
Global, Cross-Platform
PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and mobile clans from every region live side by side.
Accessible To Everyone
Listings stay free. The little guy building a first squad matters as much as the biggest esports org.
